Loaded Taco Nachos
Nachos are perfect for any evening dinner or appetizer for football Sunday.

- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 pound ground beef grass fed
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- ¾ - 1 bag tortilla chips
Optional Toppings
- cheese shredded
- bell peppers chopped
- red onion chopped
- jalapeño chopped
- salsa
- avocado sliced
- lime garnish
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Using an oiled medium sized skillet, brown your ground beef over medium heat, mixing in the taco seasoning. Set aside.
Add your bag of tortilla chips to a baking sheet, layering on your cheese.
Next, add the beef, bell peppers, red onion and jalapeño, being certain to drain any excess liquids to prevent the chips from getting soggy.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted, veggies are cooked, and chips are golden brown.
Top with salsa and sliced avocado. Enjoy!
