Ingredients

  • 1 small apple
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • English cucumber
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ½ cup milk
  • fresh ginger, peeled per preference
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 1 handful ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds.
  • Pour into a drinking glass, top with pumpkin seeds and almonds. Enjoy!
