Ingredients

2 teaspoonsavocado oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
sea saltto taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300℉.
Wash and dry one bunch of kale. Remove the stems, then rip into chip-sized pieces.
Place the kale into a medium sized bowl, pouring the avocado oil evenly over the kale. Using your hands gently massage the oil into the kale leaves.
Sprinkle in the garlic powder and salt, mixing well.
Arrange the kale chips onto a baking sheet. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Rotate the pan and flip the chips for even cooking. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, watching carefully the last few minutes so the chips don’t burn.
Remove from the oven, let cool for 3-5 minutes and enjoy!
