  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons nut butter
  • chia seeds

Instructions

  • Cut the apple into small slices.
  • Melt the nut butter in a small bowl, about 15-30 seconds. Be sure to stir the nut butter to prevent it from burning.
  • Dip the apple into the nut butter then sprinkle on some chia seeds. Enjoy!
