This homemade electrolyte drink is both sweet and citrusy for a refreshing flavor that will help to replenish lost electrolytes.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces organic coconut water
  • ½ lime freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons organic orange juice with pulp
  • 1 teaspoon Manuka honey
  • ¼ teaspoon himalayan sea salt
  • ice per preference

Instructions

  • Add in the coconut water, lime juice, orange juice, honey, and sea salt. Stir well. Add in some ice, per preference. Enjoy!
