Ingredients

  • pumpkin seeds
  • avocado oil
  • sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Wash pumpkin seeds in a colander to remove the pulp and fibers. Dry with a towel.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
  • Evenly spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds on the sheet pan.
  • Bake until the seeds are toasted and crunchy, about 30-40 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
  • Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
