Ingredients

  • 2 mangos chopped
  • ½ avocado chopped
  • ¼ red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 lime freshly squeezed

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the mango, avocado, bell pepper, red onion and salt. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salsa to add some tangy flavor.
  • Toss the ingredients gently together and serve with tortilla chips or as a topping to a variety of meals. You may serve immediately, or let chill for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
